I studied at The Gestalt Centre London completing a Post Graduate diploma in Gestalt Psychotherapy and Diploma in Supervision. I have a BA honours degree in Educational Studies and I have professional accreditation with the United Kingdom Council Psychotherapy (UKCP). I have an interest in the creative arts as a poet and painter.

I have several years experience working in the NHS, in therapeutic communities, child and family early intervention teams, adult mental health services and in private practice. I work in North Hertfordshire, Cambridge and the Gestalt Centre London where I am the course tutor and Director of Counselling for the BACP Accredited Diploma in Counselling, supervisor and group facilitator.  I have experience of working with people who have a wide range of emotional difficulties including anxiety and stress, depression, relationship conflicts including divorce and sexual problems and substance misuse as well as childhood trauma and dysfunctional family issues in individual and group psychotherapy.
